Sunday is the tenth of the month, and all rents are past due Monday. I've got two that are behind several months and haven't payed this months rent yet. It their rent isn't payed ,and a plan to pay the back rent agreed on, they'll get a 30 day notice to vacate.....Meaning I'm the "bad guy".

I knew it was coming, and I've done it before. It's why the LLC hired us, and we'll get it done. It should have never got this bad, but the last management company didn't do their job......

They are going to like me even less when they get a copy of the new rules I'm putting into place the first of March. The owners hired me to make the tough calls and I'm going to do what I have to do to make this a better place. The first new rule? All dogs MUST be on a leash. Most of us are tired of cleaning up dog crap from our lawns, and guess who the worst offenders are? Yep, the two that are behind on their rent!

Several days in a row now I've been good boy and been working like a fiend trying to get some stuff done. I guess I'll have to make up for it this weekend... which starts tomorrow for me.
