Block Heater Location?

I want to install my new KATS block heater. Which frost plug do I pull out to install the block heater in???

1979 F250
400 engine with a/c and california emissions.

the easiest for me was passenger side of the block btween the starter and motor mount

Ditto, just be sure the heating element isn't touching the block or you'll short it out.
