Where's the block heater.
Can you guys tell me what side of the motor the block heater is on in my '04 6.0. My cord shorted out, and it's too cold for me to spend the time to trace the cord back to the block heater. I just want to get a new cord and hook it up temporarily to the block heater - route it nicely when it warms up. I assume it's in a frost plug... I tried to look at them all (4 per side?) but I couldn't find the block heater.

Its by the starter on the passenger side.
I installed one on my 05 F350 because the factory forgot to give me one.
I had to be on my side and reach my arm almost all the way to my shoulder to reach it. Then I just zipped tied it to the inside of the frame.
