Problem With Engine

Good day! Sorry for my English))) I’m from Ukraine))) And PLs Help who encountered this problem! My favorite Excursion 2005 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel starting growling deaf on the go, and it starting happened in the summer.
The car growling deaf heavy dump of gas on the go, but with the new engine running without any problems and start working on at all revs. Computer error MAF sensor flashed and all this time I tried to convince you need to deal with this problem. Yesterday, I finally overcame the MAF sensor replacement was more than three broken wires. Now there is no problem with the MAF sensor and the computer does not issue nor any errors! But the problem with the engine shut-off left!
Yesterday with diagnostics test all injectors, fuel pressure of the regulator, in general everything works fine.
Describe the problem in detail:
Engine stalls when changing speed in falling in the bottom. The hard start working more cylinders and the engine if you can make it in a couple of minutes and plug the other cylinders, black smoke disappears and the motor starts to run normally. If you are -12 C then you are like 10.4 F which is quite cold for these engines. What weight of oil are you using? With ambient temperatures like that you should be running a diesel rated CJ-4 SAE 10W30 or 5W40. You should also be plugging in the block heater to keep her warm over night. How has the maintenance schedule been? You need to change the oil and filter at a maximum of 7500 miles and both fuel filters at a maximum of 15000 miles. And always use OEM/ racor fuel and oil filters.

You also are gonna have to have some gauges like scan gauge II or edge insight as they are instrumental in diagnosing problems with these trucks, if you do not have these gauges you are just throwing parts at it. There are a number of things that will cause these trucks to malfunction and the gauges will help lead the way to the problem.

Here are some more questions:

How many miles on the engine?

Is it stock (in other words does it have any performance modifications)?

Is the EGR system still intact (in other words - have you ever deleted the EGR system)?

Have you ever pulled the EGR valve?

i am using 10w30 oil , and when temperature is about +5 C engine became better start!

Are you using a DIESEL oil? The only 5w-30 diesel oil I'm aware of is Amsoil.

earlier i m using a motorcraf super duty 10w30
and now using Kendall oil 10w30
