Coolant flush 5.4
Hello everyone. I have a 2007 f150 5.4 motor with 65,000 miles on it. I want to do a coolant flush. Have done it to my last vehicle never on this truck. Whats the best way to do it? Havnt seen very good instructions online. Is draining the radiator and hoses enough? I would like to try to drain the engine block too. If possible, I dont want to remove the thermostat. Any help would be great. I will use the motorcraft gold premium coolant. Thanks

Ok. So I have been looking at the motor. I see the 2 main hoses from the radiator to the top of thermostat and the motor. I see the smaller hose from the reservior to the side of the motor. Is flusing the motor possible with placing a garden hose in the reservior tank and removing the bottom radiator hose?
