3" DP

My exhaust is supposed to be delivered tomarrow and I was wondering if anyone had a picture of where the pinch weld has to be beat out of the way? I'm putting the dp in with the engine and it would make life a lot easier to kno before hand. Thanks

If you do a search you should find many threads about it I would think.the directions will also show you.

If you are installing the engine I would install it after.you will have enough to contend with stabbing that monster back in there.it is not a big deal to install with engine in.the old dp is way more pain to get out than new to get in

If you cut relief cuts in the pinch weld about an inch apart with a cutting wheel or something first, it makes it much easier to beat it down flat. It's right in that curved part where it needs to be flattened, and without cutting it first, when you beat one part down another part that you already beat down will come back up.

Is the engine still out and you can take some pictures? I suspect someone could use MS Paint or similar to point to the location needing modification.
