its not hard but it is alot easier to install the downpipe with 2 people. also it is a pain to get the stock system out of the rubber hangers. some cut the barbed end off with a hacksaw but if you pull on them hard enough they will come out

WD-40 for the hangers, the clamp for the downpipe can be a pain if it is positioned wrong. If doing by yourself get a jackstand or something similiar to hold the downpipe up from the bottom.

I wedged some of the foam packing material that came in the box around the down pipe near the frame to stabilize everything then put the floor jack under. It worked very well. good luck!
