2004 Excursion 4x4 6.0

I just had the fuel injectors & wiring harness replaced and it runs great, but after 30 minutes of driving the complete dash lights/guages stopped working. I found that the #45 10amp fuse had blowen so replaced it and after 20 minutes the same thing happend. While it was working all of the lights & guages seemed to be working okay. This doesn't efect anything else, still starts & runs okay, turn signals work, head lights work, but the head light auto on/off doesn't. Any ideas?

Sounds like an overload situation. Check for wires with worn shielding?

Electrical issues drive me insane... The present one I have is the Headlight switch in Auto mode shutting down the Climate control systems. But, I wrestled quite a fair share with that fuse, dash lights, and taillights at one time. Best advice I got from someone on this board was take it to an automotive electrical shop. I did, they fixed it for what I thought was a reasonable price, and were it not for them I'd still be searching for the issue.
