I already had about half of my dash lights burned out, but yesterday the rest of them stopped working. My truck is a 93 Ranger. How hard is it to fix them? How come they stopped working all of the sudden?

See if you have tail lights? The dash lights and tail lights are on the same fuse. If the fuse is blown and blows again after replacement the problem is most likely in the rear of the truck were the harness plugs to the bed. Unplug the harness and try again.
If you have tail lights it could be the head light switch itself, is the heater control lights still working? if not suspect the head light switch if the fuses are good.
I don't think all your bulbs could be burnt out.
Also try moving the switch halfway between head lights and parking lights and see if the dash lights flicker
