Help with stuck shifter.
I have a 73 f100 with a straight six and a three speed on the column. The problem is the trucks been sitting for a few years and the shifters stuck. I can move it freely from second to third but it will not cross over to first and reverse. I got the truck running and pumped up the tires but now I can get it moved. It's going on my list of trucks to work on.

I would say you need to first determine where the problem actually is. Disconnect the shift levers from the transmission. If the levers on the tranny work as they should, make sure the column isn't binding up. It could be as simple as the shift linkages contacting each other because one is slightly bent. Having someone else operate the shifter while you watch the linkages would be a big help there.
