I find the same in the A.M. morning temps are the same within 10seconds after startup

Well now that its winter 12 hours is usually enough
My truck is Thuroly cold soaked after 8 hours now

Its summer that takes longer to cool everything off and get a Good thuro cold soak

I only drive my truck once every 2 weeks or so. The oil temps are always 12* to 14* degrees more than the others before I start up. I use my scan gauge to check them.

EOT, ECT and TFT should all be within a degree or two after sitting all night. Either the gauge is programmed wrong or you have a bad sensor.
