Discovered a puddle under the truck last night as I was pulling out. When sitting there are no obvious leaks, but when idling there is a stream coming from the noted area in the picture. Any suggestion on where to start? <o</o>
It looks like it is coming from a low point, so it must be hitting another surface and traveling down to where you show in the picture. Any chance of seeing where the leak leaves the fuel lines? It should be someplace above where you show in the picture.

On my way to put it up on jack stands and take off that cover. Be back in a few with more info.
the fuel lines run over the belhousing benind the motor, there should be 2 lines a feed and return start looking there. is that the belhousing cover? if so its running down from the fuel lines on top of the motor.
Your fuel bowl has two hard lines, one for each cylinder head. The one that feeds the right side (passenger) runs under the GP and AIH relays and enters at the rear end (nearest the firewall). There is a clamp on the line around the turbo pedestal attachment. Remove that clamp and inspect the line for damage. If you find some damage, then repair or replace the line making sure to add some protection around the clamp so it doesn't damage your line again.
Sounds like a common problem with the 7.3 Take a look at the water seperator valve on the side of the fuel pump/filter. There are four #20 Torx screws that hold the body of the valve on. Remove them and pull the valve body off. There are two orings on the inside of the body that are probably shot! 1/2" OD 1/4" ID 1/8" thick. Look for replacement orings for fuel applications. While you have the valve body off try and clean the inside of the valve to get any grit out as well.
If you do a search in these forums you should see that you aren't the only one suffering this malady. Hope this helps!

X2..ULSD is killing these things. Also, trace the fuel line on the passenger side as stated above. Backwards, running along head at intake valley, there is a clamp that rubs holes in the hard line. May have to replace that line, but my gut tells me it is the fuel filter drain valve. Try here to replace or order parts. I ordered a new one then got parts to rebuild the old one to keep for a spare. Welcome to guzzle's PSD Fuel Filter Drain Valve Repair Web Page
