Changed Fuel Filter now truck is hard to start.

I changed my fuel filter a week ago and have noticed that it is harder to start now even when it has been running for a while and am just restarting. Could I have screwed something up when I did the filter change?

Do you have a leak? Could be sucking air in the cap or something. Drain valve shut all the way. Did you put the o-ring on the center of the filter to keep out dirt?

Did u drain it with the housing drain valve before u changed the filter? It could be that it did not reseat when you closed it and is draining the prime out of the filter housing as well. Those orings have a habit for going bad during weather changes.
