88 Bronco STI Missing

88 Bronco STI Missing
So my 88 Bronk, 5.0 AOD/T Has been idling crappy the past 2 days. Went to ck the codes at work with the snap on scanner. Im missing my STI 1 wire connector. I sware I checked codes on the bronk this year. I changed my TPS sometime ago. Anyway alldata tells me Pin 48 is the STI white/red wire. I follow it all the way back to the VIP connector. It sits above the STO in the VIP. So when I did ground it and turn the key on i hear a relay click and no fuel pump priming. WTF the sto shows ground and no power. Does not flash codes. Any help?
