4R70W Shifting Problems

Greetings, Folks

2000 f-150 Lariat with 5.4L Triton
VIN: 1FTRX17L2YKA59947
Transmission Type: Door Code: U – Automatic 4R70W

Transmission screwed up today on my fathers truck after running over a curb in a parking lot.... and I'm curious to what could be the possible problem. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Truck will not go in Reverse.
Truck goes into 2nd gear when placed in 1st, 2nd and also Drive.
When placed in Drive the truck does not have 1st, 3rd, or 4th Gear.
Truck stays in 2nd gear when placed in Drive.
When OD button is pressed, "truck will shift into 3rd gear." When pressed again to try and shift it into fourth gear the truck goes into neutral gear.

The same results happen over and over. The transmission fluid looks new. Truck barely has has over 100k miles and my father babies his truck... So I don't see what possibly could of happened to his transmission. It just started screwing up after running over a concrete curb that separates parking spaces, "by what he says."

Any help would be appreciated.
