Heated Mirrors!
Hey everyone,
New to this, not sure if I even posted this in the right section. My boss just bought me a 2012 F250 Super Duty, regular cab, bare bones everything. Love the truck, but he did not get heated mirrors with it and I have to do plowing for him also. Where do I find heated mirrors and how easy are they to install?

The heated mirrors are going to cost about $600-800 for that truck, unless you go with the previous style which you can get for $300.
It's fairly easy to install. It all bolts up you just need I run a wire to a power source of your choosing for the heater.

Well, anyone will do it if you pay them enough. Try eBay. If you cant find anyone, contact a US dealer such as Toulsey Ford. If you STILL have no luck, shoot me a message. I will help arrange the shipment for you

Wonder how those heated grip pads for $39 that go on snowmachines
and ATVs would work on the backside of the mirrors for "heaters"?

The manufacturer has a javascript catalog that shows an application-specific solutions for glass. Burco | Online Catalog
In some cases, glass is available with heat or signal or both and even sometimes the mount, but only in cases where it was offered that way from the factory.

Just an update, I ended up buying the whole mirror assembly. I would have loved to have tried some of the other ideas, but cold weather hit and I needed aq quick fix.
