Very easy. There are numerous after market large tow type mirrors You can find on line. The Ford dealer would have the best quality.....but highest price.
If you have the smaller flag style, there maybe less options..but I would get the tow mirrors myself.
The power hook up maybe a different shape plug which can be changed.
For the heat option, you will have to wire from under the dash.You might search for where to get the power from as I am not sure right now.
