Tilt column rag joint ?

Looking for correct part # for a borg or stock rag joint that is available.
Are both joints 3/4 36 spline. I have a Saginaw/ford steer box in the truck.
And the column is a 79 tilt unit with the splined end.
I would just go look in my shop for the answer but I'm out of town for thanks giving.
Thanks in advance

Tilt wheel has nothing to do with it, same with/without.

There are FOUR possible steering couplers. What 1979 did the column come from? 2WD or 4WD?

Your thread title: Tilt column rag joint?

So, my comment has EVERYTHING to do with your question. So far, 70 members have read this thread.

If I hadn't stated that "tilt wheel has nothing to do with it, same with/without." How many members would assume that with a tilt wheel, the steering coupler is different?

How about you just not reply to any thread I ever start!
There are multiple other ways you could have stated what you getting at, with out putting bright red letters on certain words. Any info you may or may not have keep it to your self. Thanks

Bright red letters used for emphasis. I've done this for 6 years in 1000's of posts, only you have complained.

Lotsa luck finding the correct obsolete steering coupler.

Mmmmm I don't believe I ever stated that I knew it all.
Unless you can dig that up some where.
And it's funny to me that people like your self are some how offended, by me saying something about a certain way some one was replying to threads. And then asking them not reply when, they kept doing it.
I was not all offensive in the way I asked either.

It never offended me but it sounded like you were complaining to the person that was trying to help just because he used red letters. I still see it that way.

Here are your choices: D5TZ-3A525-A .. D8TZ-3A525-A .. D8TZ-3A525-D .. D9TZ-3A525-A all are obsolete.

I've typed 10's of 1000's of Ford part numbers in bold/blue, type obsolete in bold/dark red. So...if you don't like it...that's too damn bad.

Over the past 6 years, have located 1000's of obsolete parts for FTE members, but not for you, you're on your own.

Have a nice day.

I think you are the childish one. ND is not talking to you directly one-on-line. He is talking to an audience of over a 100 people at a time. His info is used by everyone so to save time he has to provide a lot of info in an answer.
