Well code came back and rough running with it so next step is the injector.

+1 for Benny on the injector call. I installed a OEM reman injector, stand pipes and dummy plugs from tousley ford. It runs like a champ now. It amazes me how having 1 bad injector can make it run so bad but it did. I spent more time waiting for parts and tools than it took to do the job. The worst part was removing and replacing the oil rail on the passenger side (actually just the 2 bottom torx head bolts next to the A/C box), the driver side plastic CAC tube was kinda fun too but once i busted out mama's hair dryer and warmed it up it went right on.Well anyway thanks for your input guys.

I did the blue spring upgrade while i was at it, the fuel pressure with the blue spring is around 62 and drops into the mid 50's at WOT, not sure what it was at before the upgrade.
