edge juice no start?

edge juice no start?
drove to work this am and after idling for 5 min I shut key off, motor shut down and the juice shut off then came back on. Tryed to restart truck and just cranked and no glow plug light lit. unplugged the module and reconnected then truck started up and when shut down juice now off. Bad module? thanks 07 f350 drw

Whats wrong with the edge juice? I had a similar problem. Plugged in juice and no start
turned out to be ficm but now am leery of trying it again as I purchased it used. Thanks for the post on the air loss at turbo to, just replaced oil cooler and welded up egr cooler to make a poor mans delete kit and am having same issue.

Well some plug into the obd port and download.
Some are plug and play. Myself, I cannot stand the BS of waiting 5 minutes to download a tune. That's why I run an Edge, shift on the fly tuning.
But any tuner can short out. It's an electronic device.
As for your Edge, I bought mine used. Been fine. Never missed a beat. If your ficm was bad, it likely was not from the Edge...

thanks, mine plugs into the pcm as well. how long did you have to wait for the computers to start talking to each other before it started?
