I hope your going to Install a New Radiator first or the flush will be a Waiste of time

You have a Internal Trans cooler in the radiator Just follow the lines from the passengerside External trans filter to the front of truck you will see Trans lines goes into the Radiator

I think Mark K. Said this was to help heat the Trans Fluid why it goes into the radiator

I think BPD sell all Aluminum radiator

The thing with Diesels is they all Got to good reliability point then they all had to get Emmisions compliant something the Gassers had to go threw Along time ago Im shure they had there Issues to

When it rains it pours LOL

This what the trans cooler looks like inside the bottom plastic tank.

If the tranny cooler is compromised it has nothing to do with the plastic.

If the plastic cracks then coolant leaks out.

Josh Im Just saying since he has to get a New Radiator might as well get an ALL Aluminum for Durability

I believe Mishimoto sells a decent radiator also. It is also all aluminum - for those who are interested.....

I don't think there have been too many issues w/ OEM radiators, but haven't seen anything bad said about the two mentioned aftermarket ones either.

Ahhh gotcha.

Mishimoto as mentioned makes an all aluminum radiator. OR quick service companies like Radiator Express also make them.

Ebay has some too, but might seem sketchy to order from there.
