WAG, you have sticking, bad injectors and need to send them in to Jim Rose ASAP for a rebuild to stage 1 and a T500, and maybe a new turbo, and, and, and (hey you're talking to Santa Clause himself, here, right!?).
Rob your wife's piggy bank and send them all in for a rebuild, LOL.
That's what I want to do Glenn, Stage Is, T500, chip, and e-fuel. That's my Christmas list.........Santa! LOL!!

I'm pretty sure I've found the problem. I think the #8 injector is bad. The other day with the VC off and engine running, it appeared to be putting out the same amount of oil as the other three. This evening, I pulled the VC back off and was unplugging the #6 and #8 injectors one at a time. The #8 injector made a difference when I unplugged it, but not as drastic of a difference as the other, then I noticed it was barely putting out any oil at all. I had to look real hard with a flashlight to see it barely running out of the spout. I've already pulled a couple injectors from the other truck, and I'm gonna put new o-rings on one and put it in and hope for the best.
Dang man, that sucks....I would hate to have to pull all 8 injectors back out just to have them rebuilt and made into I's....and an hpop removal...dang sure sounds like a lot of work...I think you need more rest and less stress, ill come get it and the cc project so you don't stress so much there buddy.

Did you pull the solenoid to see if the poppet screw was loose ?...

No Rick I didn't. Changing that injector didn't make a difference anyway. The injector I took out was clearly not oiling hardly at all. The one I put in is oiling good, but it runs exactly like it did before. I can't find a torx/security bit to fit the soleniod screws. I've got some, just can't find them.
