Radiator again...
So I'm at 56k miles and my radiator is leaking again. It was replaces at 22k miles. I may not be able to get one warrantied, so I would like to do this job ONCE. Ron Davis has an all aluminum rad for 1400 bucks ready to ship. Has anyone used this and if so what luck did you have with it. Mishimoto said they will have one January 2013 and Fluidyne now seems very interested in making one as well after I told them to read our forums. Also bulletproof diesel said they have one in the works with no eta.

I think this is the 127th thread on the radiator issue. Ford replced 2 under warranty and denied the 3rd because of my tuner(rat bastids) yea my tuner caused the leak. I took mine out and had a local shop fab aluminum tanks because at the time no one other than Ford made one. Mine has ... about 15k on it and no issues. Mind you the shop that did the work for me offered their property line warranty. Thought that was nice of them
