Very good point and I agree, that's one of many reasons why I'm not getting the aggressive tuning. Yes, I can top 400 HP if I tune for it - but my philosophy is "Go big and dial it back". Things just work better for a longer period of time and for more miles when you top out at 75%-80% of capacity.
Injector problem solved! I have a mild lope at idle now, but a little tuning will dial that out. I test-drove the bejeezus out of Stinky yesterday and gave him a bath. We leave for our trip in three hours... talk about pushing it to the limit.
