This Ex is for my business. I currently drive a 2007 Toyota Tundra with the 5.7L V8 and it has right at 140k miles. I am considering replacing it with an Ex. Thoughts?

You can't go wrong with a diesel X. Yes, it is older so you know there will be some maintenance issues, but it really is a very good vehicle.
I've said it many times, but I wish I could convince my wife to ditch the mini-van and get an X.
Oh, and you are right about no flaming here on FTE. We really are a very helpful community and flaming is not tolerated by ANYONE.

You'll love the Ex over the Tundra as you'll have more room and power. You also have PLENTY of room to expand as far as modding the truck for more power and better fuel economy.
Besides, if you hit a fork in the road, I'm probably just down the road from you and can help.
If you can, find out who did the rebuild. Hopefully its a shop that has a good reputation. I would actually feel safer buying one that was just rebuilt.
With the help of Toreador we bought one this afternoon. An 01, different than the one I posted on above. It has 230k miles, 7.3L, 4WD, super clean, 3-4" lift with 295's. Very nice vehicle. Many kudos to all of you especially Toreador for meeting us and looking it over. You guys are by far the best community. Thanks again and proud to be a new Ex owner.

Oh, forgot you're new. Well, anyways, that's the rule around here. Let us know if you need help posting pics. We have online support for that, too!
Not sure I can post pics yet unless someone can post for me. Looking forward to modding this rig now. I now have the bug and may be selling my 2007 Tundra and picking up a 7.3 as well.
