Obviously this is assuming that all of your ball joints, tie rods, bushings, ect are in good shape.
30-32 psi on a 6500-8000lb truck is way too low, your asking for a roll over. Minimum pressure should be 50psi. 99-04, 05+ call for 75psi in all 4

Whoops... I fat fingered that. 50-52 is what I meant.

is this a problem on all SDs? or just ones with coil springs? our 99 aint ever done it, weve been over some pretty rough stuff at pretty high speed. (think ditch followed by curb at 65mph!)

The 99-04 with leaf springs in theory don't "need" a trac bar to locate, because they have 2 solid mounts with 4 points of attachment they will stay pretty much located, but because bushings can wear the trac bar ensures that nothing develops.
With the coil front end it's like balancing a straw on 2 other straws and hoping nothing goes wrong without a 3rd locating bar to center it.

While there are many solutions to the "death wobble" problem, no one has mentioned the proven solution to the problem: Dual-Steering Stabilizers.

EpicCowlick proved this on his 2011 F350:

The thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...ure-video.html

Epic Cowlick's video is very well done, however, what is shown in the video is far from "Death wobble".

This is a good example of Death Wobble, the difference is obvious.

+1 on the rancho solution...but the solution works best if you also replace all the shocks.
