PVC connects to?

The 390 2V I have in my '73 has the PVC connected right to the base of the carb. I thought that is where you would want your brake boster. Is this ok?

PCV to the back of the carb. I believe booster goes to the manifold, but my truck doesn't have power brakes so I don't have it.

Here is the factory set-up for my '73 360 2bbl. Your set-up is correct. The PCV goes to the carb base, the line for the brake booster goes to the vacuum tree on the manifold.
