I belive its out of the 79 I parted out right after I drove a 150 mile round trip to get the one I put in my 77. Lol
Its not a cruise horn pad. Only small crack is in the horn pad maybe haven't looked at it since I moved out to the shop. I'm outside of bennet Nebraska.
I think if the colum interchanged the local Ebay douch would have taken them all like he has out of every single otherwise dent side within a 100 miles. Lol
So when I bought my 79 it had a small steering wheel on it. It's hard to drive plus I think illegal.
But anyway i thought it would be easy to find another stock one somewhere. Not the case so it seems. I found a few 76's which are bigger than 79's.
I found a few in real bad shape. Found lots with no horn pads or horn pads in bad shapre.
Anyone know where I might get a stock steering wheel in half decent condition with a stock horn pad in decent shape?
SAME: 1978/83 F100/350, Bronco and Econoline. 1981/83 steering wheels were available in different colors.
1978/83 horn pads are also the same, but with or without Speed Control makes a difference, as Speed Control switch mounts into horn pad.
1974/77 steering wheels/horn pads are not the same, and neither is 1971/73 as FoMoCo replaced these colored steering wheels with D4TZ-3600-A 1974/77 black steering wheel (1975/77 without Speed Control).
