Another FICM issue

Was noticing a little hesitation when cold here lately. Convinced the check writer I needed a diagnostic tool to trouble shoot the problem. When I came how with my Scan Gauge the first numbers I plugged in were FVP, FLP and FMP. While the truck was already up to temp at idle FVP and FLP were reading 13 volts. The FMP was reading 45. Raised the rpm up and the FMP dropped to 39. Will check reading in the morning when the truck is cold.

I guess now would be a good time to box the FICM and sent it to Ed.

39 volts warm is definately bad. Cold readings will likely be worse.
