do these trucks idle better when cold?

hey, just had a quick ?, my truck idles much smoother when the engine is cold, is this normal for a 7.3?

I don't see a difference between cold and warm idling. I'm sure some connectors can expand when they warm up and cause an issue, like the UVCH.

No its not..

When its cold, the oil is thicker and injectors are louder.

Its important to plug your truck in, and let it warm up properly before driving.

being in fl, ive never had a problem with it being cold, it just seemed to idle smoother before it reaches operating temp.
