Years ago I was given an old camper with low miles on it. It was a late 60's model. This thing was as ugly as they come so I scrapped it and kept the engine. I was told that it was a 360 engine so I figured since it ran so good I would save it for a spare for my trucks. I was looking at it the other day and noticed on the back of the block behind where the flywheel would be was cast 66-429. It looks like a 360 or 390 to me is it possible that it is a 429?
