I have just put in a 2" lift on my 81 bronco and everywhere I have read wouldn't need TTB extensions. I have big problems with camber and caster even with camber and caster adjustable bushings in still have too much even for them. Seems like having all problems with 4" lift but with only 2". Was hoping not to put traction beam extensions on as I do a lot of off roading and herd they are not very strong. All help will be appreciated thank you.
Are you talking about the pivot arm brackets or radius arm brackets? You should be able to buy those for a 2" lift on broncograveyard? No matter what its gonna need an alignment and if the ball joints are gone then you are looking at a hefty price to have new ones put in if you dont do it yourself. I just had mine done after my lift and I could have done a straight axle swap for cheaper...
I put 2" spacers on the coils in my 86. Had to put in adjustable bushings. PITA Still don't have camber right on drivers side but since I got a trailer to take it to the trailhead it's not a problem.
