Ex will not start

I noticed in the owners manual, that there is that infamous number 30 fuse, now does that do the same thing for starting? Like the wait to start on a deisel? I really don't see a fuse for the starter just 2 for the ignition. Im going to triple check them, but I think they are good.

Okay little update, I guess that's what I get for checking it in the dark the solenoid on the inner fender looks a little corroded so I turned the key to start and did the old screw driver across the 2 posts and it started right up Im going to clean it up and see if it works if not Ill buy a new one. I was doing what Sandy did with all the troubleshooting charts thank you it really did narrow it down. Lets see if this works

It was none of them, it was the transmission range sensor. Telling the truck not to start. Hope this helps future Exers out with their problems and not blowing a couple hundred bucks on starters, solenoids, ignitions then have it diagnosed after all that with $300 dollar bill from the stealer ship.
