Door window lube?

What is a good lube to to put on the window slides? My drivers side is slow to go down but goes up just fine.

i think they suggest a dry graphite lube but since i just got a case of fluid film i pulled all my panels off and lubed mine up with that....one of my rears was acting goofy going down but it works great now.....

That's all I've ever used. For best results pull door panels and hose the bottom of the slides with glass up - then roll glass down and spray the slides on top part.

My Excursion was a TX truck and the windows barely worked. The above method made them slide like new and I haven't done it again in 100k miles now.

i used fluid film on mine several months ago but now seems to be sticky again. i may try the graphite and silicone next. after that i'm in the weeds. maybe swap hardware with passenger side since i don't use it as much and it doesn't have the same problem.

Same think happend to my 92 F150, the little felt like hairs on the guide were worn away and the glass was rubbing on the bare rubber. Just applied some spray silicon and it fixed it right up, had to reapply evey few weeks in the summer just becasue I rolled the windows down and up so much. Cheap fix. Just my $.02

I use faucet and oring lube, it's like double thick vasoline(petroleum jelly) relatively cheap, readily available, and works well for me.

This is on the tracks, not the wiper edge that touches the glass.

Ive tried all the spray stuff and while they work initially, they always wear off. I did the faucet lube as you mention and i havent had to touch it again since. This is the ticket in my opinion.
