Lube window tracks?
Do you ever need to lube the window tracks inside the doors? My windows make "gritty" sounds going up and down. The windows aren't getting scratched so I think it's the tracks. The truck used to belong to someone in construction so I am assuming there is dirt in the tracks.
Is it easy to clean and lube them?

Kwikkordead suggested and I have used silicone valve lubricant, aka plumber's silicone, and it works great and last longer than the spray. It's like thick, super slick vaseline. Door panels pop off easy so you can get to the tracks if you want but putting the window down and doing the upper track then operating the window a few times will normally spread into the lower track.

Silicone spray there in the felt-like part of the tracks works wonders. I'd never heard of using plumber's silicone before, but you can get something awfully close to what is described at a NAPA or similar place. That vaseline-like stuff is called SIL-GLYDE.
