The truck has 20" tires and I just noticed that the stock spare is an 18" Continental. Will driving with the spare on the rear eat the differential at highway speeds. It has a 3.73 LS rear. Front won't matter with hubs unlocked.
Yep, just to get you home it won't hurt anything. If you are going to have to drive it for any longer, take a front tire and put it on the rear and put the spare up front with the hubs unlocked.
Speaking of spare tires, my truck currently sits at home with a flat so my spare is going on when I get home from work. Got a rather large hole from a bolt that went through it. I don't think it's repairable, and the tires are pretty well worn out anyway so I guess that means it's time for new tires. I had been putting it off, but I guess I'm not anymore.

Isn't it fun buying tires? I got a little shell shock when I priced the Duratracs for my truck yesterday. Ugh.
