I saw your electrical thread and followed it to the official page. Love the color. And like the plates says, Its definitely a Ringer. How did the painless wiring instal go?
It was pretty easy, Just be sure to have the Ford schematics and label all the wires. Volt/Ohm meter would be best but a test light would work. Take your time and have fun.
How much work did it require. The website makes it sound all there is to it, is to add the connections and plug it in. Was it really that easy? What issues did you come across, if any?
I am doing the under the hood power center from a newer Ford. Mostly for trailer lights, doing a mod similar to the headlight one you did, but for the trailer lights. But, might be doing some more for the headlights.
Question, did you have 1 relay for each headlight, or was one for low beams, and one for high beams? And what did you use the third relay for? Or am I being the one who needs to read your build thread more?
I just purchased the Painless Performance 14 circuit fuse block and need help figuring out where to install some of the wires that are not labeled on the new block. Looks like you did this a while back and you know what your doing. Let me know if you can help walk me through some of the steps. Thanks
