Call me a party pooper, but I think that rigid copper tubing is going to give you problems. Vibration and just general engine shaking from this, that, or the other is going to put a lot of stress on that tubing, particularly where it meets the firewall. Don't be surprised if your water lines develop sudden leaks or your accelerator linkage gets loose or the line going to your vacuum booster starts sucking air.

I'll have to add to the party pooper bit, copper work hardens and will crack shortly from engine vibrations. It may look neat, but those heater lines are going to fail, especially being hard mounted at the front. They may survive if you put a hose connection at the front as well instead.

I'm sure there are enough engine vibrations to crack the copper lines, but I know with the new motor mounts I put n my truck, under revs the frame/suspension moves with the engine.

I say run it until you have problems, I've seen a couple people run copper lines with no problems.

Offy with EFI exhaust.

Nice job amigo,

I am gathering all the stuff to convert my '67 Highboy, stock 300 inline, to a 4v Offy DP intake and Ford EFI exhaust. Finding some interference in the fit.. Did you have any problems? some guys suggest grinding off the bumps on the exhaust, and it will clear. I will try that... but just in case...??

Time will tell on the durability of the copper. I did some research on some other hot rod sites before I started making mine. Some guys had problems, some didn't. I already had the materials lying around the garage, so I figured I'd try it. It's not a daily driver so why not.
Made a video of the linkage in action the other day:
