I have a 1992 F-350 with a 7.3L engine I have replaced the batteries and had the generator tested good. I am still having a hard time getting my truck to start. I have even tried starting spray but that doesnt seem to do much. Please help
How do you even crank it for that long without blowing up your starter? Did it just start doing this or did you replace something? are your glow plugs even coming on? 3-5 minutes later and your plugs arent even warm either...
I dont crank it constantly for that long. The wait light comes on then goes out but I havent counted how long it stays on yet. The only thing I have replaced is the batteries. Its been doing this now for about a week or so. I have no idea if the glow plugs are even working. Is there a way to test them?
my 1991 you have to crank it over 2-3 times for it to start. I think it is my fuel return lines on the injectors- they are old and cracked and letting air in the system
