cat back/high flow
I have a 1997 sport with a 4.0 L sohc. is a cat back system and a high flow air system worth the money? I know that is relative but will I ever recover costs? Thanks

Well, are you doing it for cost benefit or the fun of modding your vehicle? If it's for cost benefit (better mileage) then probably not. If it's for fun, you can't put a price on that. Most of us mod our vehicles as a hobby so getting something out of it, like better mileage, is only a side benefit.
Instead of buying a whole catback system for $250.00 and then labor for a total cost in the $350.00 neighborhood, buy the muffler only, like a Flowmaster, and have your local exhaust shop do it. Approximate total cost: $200.00 total.
