Well I figured out the bullydog GT tuner and ran the communications to the computer. This what I received
P0069 manifold absolute pressure
- barometric pressure correlation
pO487 electric gas recirculation
Throttle position control circuit
P1000-OBD II monitor testing incomplete
and since i have sold off the Bullydog tuner I have a check engine light that is on all the time and I see the wrench that is lit up every once inwhile. i wont know til i get my Dashboss in the mail.

So what the heck does this mean. And it seems that my coolant starting out runs like 20-30 f higher then the engine temp and them it drops does this make sense
Sounds like you might need to replace your MAP sensor. Also, it sounds like your thermostat might be sticking. Change it and flush your system and replace any other parts that have not been replaced, and aging in your cooling system.
I have a bully dog and a scan gauge. In my opinion don't trust the codes on the bully dog. I have some erroneous codes on the bully but come up clean on the scan gauge
Does the truck run? Sounds like you have to clear the codes and run the truck for 20-50 miles at different speeds and stop it...turn off, restart and run again while on that trip. Then look to see if any codes were set.
You will get theP1000-OBD II monitor testing incomplete
after the batteries have been unhooked and/or a code clear has been done. It's
there so the smog guys know you reset something. It will go away after so many miles
are on the clock and a few other conditions have been met. There is a list of steps
to take to clear it faster in the Tech Folder if I recall right.
Also did you do an EGR delete ? I forget if you did or not. If you did I hope
that you saved the valve and plugged it back in and stuck it in the valley.
And please keep asking questions. Because people learn things that they
did not know they needed to. I am still learning from other people's
questions.
