1950 F6 in Spokane

Saw this pickup just off the road by my house. Thought I'd post a few pics in case anyone was interested.

If it's as nice as in the pictures $2700 is a very, very decent price.

Yeah bobj, that's what I thought. I didn't get any interior pictures but it looked to be in pretty fair shape. Original seat and instruments. Up close and personal I thought it seemed like a fantastic deal!

The truck is sold ... hopefully ....

A good friend of mine owns this truck, and yes it is a great buy. Very, very straight, and well worth the money. I've thought very seriously about getting it just for the cab, but missed out. A fellow from Canada has put money down on the truck, and is planning on being back this coming weekend to get it.

If all goes as planned, it is gone.

Also .... Myfat52 ..... send me a PM ... we should get some time to chat. I live near the Valley and am in the finishing stages of doing an F1 stakebed resto rod. I'd be very interested in seeing your work on your current truck.

Well that's disappointing! I was waiting for my wife to come home and convince her we should get it. If the Canadian backs out please have your friend contact me immediately.

South of BC,

Send me a PM .... and I'll update you on the truck. Some changes are in the mix here.

Done. Hmm, I'm told I need to make a message at least 10 letters long, so 'Done.' doesn't suffice. So, "Done and done!!"

Final update about the F6. South of BC came and purchased the truck from my friend Roger yesterday, so it is indeed sold and heading off to use in farmer's markets, etc. Roger was very pleasantly surprised that via the FTE, his truck ended up finding a buyer, and one that likes stock rigs. Everyone is pleased, and the F6 has a new home.

I'm sure happy to hear it worked out! Glad I could be a part of that classic finding a good home.
