Morning guys! Thursday night I only got 4 hours of sleep, so I was hoping to sleep in today. Nope. Some putz texted me and my phone was making that irritating "I'm slowly dying for the next four hours" noise, so I'm up. Bright eyed with coffee just finishing. I get to work noon to 5 today, so at least I'll maybe get something accomplished this morning.
Good morning Troy, Jake and MN. I did sleep in a little. I'm going to finish up my plow installation today.* Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Pics to come if I feel that ambitious.
* This means no snow for the winter. Sled owners can leave them in storage for another 12 months.
All done without any major issues or left over parts. I thought I could pick my old plow up and move it, but the connector from the plow to the truck has changed. I hope the dealer has a truck with the old style connector so he can come and get this thing, otherwise I'm going to have to figure out how to manipulate it manually to at least pick it off the ground.
The front valence needs to be cut for clearance. I think that might look like crap, so I'm going to look at a valence from a 2wd truck first. I think those are shorter and would look better.
