One of my parking lights on MY side is out...so I got the light replacements, and now have un done two screws at the top with the hood raised. What else do I have to unscrew or pop loose to get to the place to switch out the light?
OK I got the antifreeze container off to the side....maybe I will take you up on the pictures cause when I look down in there I can't see what to undo. I am on the drivers side. Send some pictures
You cant see the bolts. You have to feel for them
here are some shots of what it looks like off the truck and how it would look if the battery tray and inner wheel well was not there
Off the truck looking at the back of the paring light and bezel(11mm nuts)
Note access holes in radiator support to reach nuts

Getting some pic's but not thinking you'll really need them.
The access holes are directly left and right of the turn signal light socket.
Hole toward the fender is set on a angle and square, hole toward the center of the truck is round.
Ok Thanks! There was a lock nut on one side of the anti freeze cont. and it was crazy taking it out.
I looked on down in there and saw where your access places are. The sun is going down so I will resume this tomorrow eve. I guess this is the proceedure for the head lights also huh? Well I have to learn it some time right?
It's the parking light-- I thought at first that the front would pop right off (something like the tail lights do...) But I un did the top screws first under the hood and then started tugging....then I said 'oh %#@!, I gotta go down in there.
Yeah- its just the buld that needs replacing.
If it is the 3157 marker/turn bulb, no need to tear everything apart. But if it is the marker light next to the headlight or the one next to the turn signnal, then you have to take it apart
It's not the blinker or the headlight...it's the smallest one at top and closest to the street,. I call it the parking light. let me see if I can zoom in and get you a photo of it. (this is crazy)
