i dont think it has anything to do with the exaust sounds like metal

Sounds like an old and abused motor. It is possible that the Marvel Mystery oil thinned your motor oil enough to cause you to lose your oil pressure. It could also have cut loose enough crud to plug a lifter journal causing that knock.
No clue about the squeak.
These are just my scientific wild-assed guesses. Take 'em for what they're worth.
