The hose with the ends is only 10" so I'm planning on moving some things. The hose ends are reusable so if my measurements are off a little I can get more hose and the fittings should be good to go. If I wasn't so dang impatient I would have gone up and over like you did the second time.

Keep a close eye on those hose ends. I don't trust those kind with real high pressure. I made mine at work with a hose machine that crimps them on. I'm sending you a PM.
Thanks Jose, Your one of the guys who amazes me with stored info. For example, the shop vac 6637 filter thread, that was years ago and you had it available!!! I don't know of one person on this OBS forum with lots of beans who hasn't earned them. But, I guess there are exceptions to every rules and I think we have just discovered that one exception!!

Jose should have more rep points than anyone on all of FTE for as helpful and nice as he is.
You make me feel embarrassment and proud to be in this forum, at the same time, because you are my masters, yes sir. Thank you.
Look what I had made today!
It cost a little more but I've got it NOW. Not installed yet but I will report back.
The braided line was pretty hard to find in a small town.
Very nice hose, looks like mine, wich came from Tymar. Congrats. What was the cost of it?

Thanks but I'm a master to no one, including my wife
Jose it ran me $73. I'm not sure what they cost, but with shipping, no wait time, and I saw it made, it was worth it. Installed it tonite and there was a small seep, I think I just need to tighten it up a bit more.

I realize that I'm being a Monday morning quarterback here, but Clay sells hard SS HPX lines for much cheaper.
Hmm.. I have around 4 years and 100k miles on a braided stainless HPX. Never had an issue, but of course now that I say that I will probably sprout a leak. lol
Before I installed mine the truck would buck and just literally go insane above 2800 RPM IIRC. After the HPX was installed it would pull smoothly up over 3500 RPM. Not sure why, but that's what happened. Truck ran fine everywhere, all the time except for high RPMs.
