Maybe order it with the winch plate just incase you decide to add it later. Thats whi I went with the transformer and optional reciever in the front, I use the winch more on my car trailer but, I do throw it in the back when I take the 5er out, just incase I get into a situation where I need "help" pulling off of a deep woods site.
Sarge
Too late Sarge, i ordered the 85 series & in order to be Winch mountable i would've had to order the 95 series which is pre-cut for winch mount & is 7 gauge steel instead of a 10 gauge.
Basically it would've cost an extra $300 for me to figure out something to do w/a Big Hole, but i did consider it for like 2 weeks...lol
Besides u & i both know if i got the 95 series, i would buy a winch too & there'd be no savings
Damn i just wish i could win the lottery
Bumper's arrived at the Powder Shop today
So i should be able to pick up & get installed on the truck in a week or so, iam so excited i cant stand it !!!!
Bumper's are Installed
I have to get my Camera & some Lights installed, then wash the truck but i should have some pic's posted in a few day's (i work all damn weekend).
I hope u all are impressed as iam, she looks like a beast
Now don't be judgmental of the missing set of Front Lights, PIAA's are expensive & i didn't have enough cash for all of them (probably be a couple weeks).
Thank u for the compliments
I like it but the front bumper is so Big that iam a little unsure if the Tan was the right choice (the Black wouldn't have stood out so much) i could've covered the Tan paint in black LineX easily & besides i think the new N-Fab step bar's look killer in Black. It's done now so i hope it's ok, go ahead be honest everyone
I do like the fact that it's stayed true to the KingRanch theme though
looks great! sure it looks a little heavy up front, but personally i think if i had to pick between looking heavy and looking unfinished (not tan), i'd pick the former.
but since you asked for honesty, i'll go ahead and spend more of your money.
i think it would really pull it together (and "lighten" the heaviness) if you accented the front bumper with a little red under the headlights, as shown by my awesomesauce MS Paint skills:
Hey, that does look pretty cool, especially since the mirrors are red as well.
Neither bumper is really my cup of tea regardless, as I prefer the more traditional Ranch Hand Legend type setup, which is what I also put on my own truck. That bumper really is huge and protruding, especially down low. But I know lots of people like them, and it's really a question of personal taste, so to each their own.
What are those vent looking openings toward the top under the hoop?
