I think the color scheme you have right now is spot on and Im not normally a fan of the cooper king ranches, but for some reason...hood...I like yours.
I think if you paint the tan portion black its going to look out of place...kinda like the headlights do, the black just doesnt go good with that color. I think some copper in the headlamps and tan painted bumpers and it would be killer, just enough black and chrome with the wheels you chose...classy.
If you knew someone with poto shop that would be they way to go. You could see it all without spending money on paint and saying "oh man it doesnt look good" or we could all say wow that black makes the cooper pop and its bad ***!!
I think it looks awesome how it is now with the copper grille. I would paint the aftermarket bumpers tan when you get them. I also think the harley lights look good because they help tie in the black wheels
Thanks guys maybe your right about NOT ditch'n the KR color scheme, so hopefully i can get the Bumpers in a reasonable time frame (like Tax season) & we can see what some Tan off-road bumpers do for its appearance
Of course ill post pics
What were you thinking on the rear bumper. I would like to go with an A/M rear bumper after I replace my tailgate, but not sure it would look good with a chrome front and painted rear?
Just trying to get an idea of whats out there right now.
This is the Rear one i like but there are alot of choices out there
If u decide u dont want a A/M painted rear & want to stick w/chrome ill be curious what u find, cause i just spent like 15 min looking for A/M chrome bumpers & all i found was cheap oem knock-offs nothing that looked different/good....Good luck
Like I already told you, Im not a big fan of that color combo, but I really like whaty you have done with your truck. I cant wait to see the new bumpers on there either.
I think he is still trying to take in all the awesomeness this truck is already.
Thanks Snowseeker, you sure know how to make a guy smile before he has to go to work
Actually i should be ordering bumpers soon (tax time is upon us) & iam still debating it in my head believe it or not but leaning towards keepin the "tan"
I will either spray the new bumpers in a "tan" colored LineX & be done
or
Have the new bumpers & bottom of truck (including fender flares) sprayed in "black" LineX, replace the tan plastic on top of bed rails w/black & remove the KR running boards.*
*In which case hopefully someone on here would trade me there newer design stock oval nerf bars for my lighted KR boards
