Power window wires

Last spring my passenger window quit rolling down from either switch. I have figured out it is because the brown/blue wire from the drivers side switch is broke.

So, before I just string new wire, does anyone know of a common spot for this wire to break? I know it is not in the rubber boots on the doors.

Any ideas.

Not questioning your ability to check for a broken wire but does the window go down? Bc. Their are only two wires on the motor. They are both grounded all time. when when u press the up or down button it leaves one wire grounded and sends voltage down the other. Basically if your passenger switch is bad it will apear that there's no continuity between the wire comeing off the driver side switch and the wires to the passenger side motor. Since ford window switches make and brake the hot wire and the ground wire
