Bullnoses on Film

I just watched the 2010 remake of "Footloose" and the character of Chuck drove a very nice black 1985 or 1986 Lariat (I could tell by the 1985 - 1986 aluminum panel on the back) 4x4 Bullnose truck. It was a very beautiful truck and made several appearances throughout the movie.

Another one that I can think of is on "Cold Creek Manor" where the chracter played by Randy Quaid buys a nice blue basic Bullnose truck. It wasn't shown all that much, though.

What TV series or movie have you seen a Bullnose truck?

I know in one of the "Friday the 13th" films (I'm thinking the 3rd) there are some punks who drive a black bullnose Bronco.

Also a couple pickups in the opening scene of Terminator 2 (harder to spot, but they ARE bullys)...as well as the orange Bronco they "borrow" to drive to Miles Dysons place. I know I'm forgetting more...

I posted this some time ago in WHYDTYTT:
This wasn't exactly my truck, but .... Watched the movie Avenger last evening. Entertaining. And, I recommend it for y'all for no other reason than the closing shots. Here's a pic I took from the TV:

Yes, 'tis awfully grainy and needs to be rotated (right with carry for some of you). But, from a previous shot I know that it's an 80 or 81 and it sure looks good. Further, some of you (RW, Ray, Okiepc1, Uncle Meat, etc) might like the tag, although you can't tell it from this shot,

Harold and Cumar go to white castle. Dont those "extreme" punks drive a bull nose bronco? It may have been a brick nose.

Here are a couple of my favorites from IMCDb...

1980 F-series Explorer:

IMCDb.org: 1980 Ford F-Series in "The Bridge, 2010"

1981 F-series Explorer:

IMCDb.org: 1980 Ford F-Series in "Blood Reaper, 2004"

You got to forgive the website for the incorrect year descriptions on some of those listings. It's kind of like Wikiepedia, etc...

My favorite:

IMCDb.org: 1980 Ford F-250 Ranger Lariat in "Seventeen and Missing, 2006"

Never even saw the movie, I found the truck while searching for 1980 Ranger Lariats on Google.

I just saw an old 1980 Season 3, Dukes of Hazzard episode - 'The Great Santa Claus Chase'.

It had 3x, looked brand new, '80 pickups in the story line.........all painted metallic blue, & for some reason all without badging, tailgate detail, or mouldings of any sort.

You are a glutton for punishment. I didn't watch it when it was running waaaay back then. Why were you watching it now?
